What to include

The more of this you send, the faster we can help:

Your blog's address, for example https://yoursite.com/blog.
Your DonkeyCMS version. It is under License & Updates, and on the sign-in page under the box.
Your plan (Free, Pro or Business).
The error code, if there is one, for example ER204.
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
A screenshot of the problem.

Warning: Never send us a password, yours or your hosting's. If we need to look at something, we will tell you what to check and where.

Did someone else set up your blog?

If a web agency built your blog for you, your admin panel may carry their name instead of ours. Contact them first: they know your website best and can reach us if needed.
