- Contact and billing details you provide at checkout (name, email, billing address, VAT number if applicable) — needed to process your purchase and issue an invoice.
- Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor, Netopia; we do not store your card details ourselves.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) used only for fraud prevention and to detect your billing country for VAT purposes.
- Your DonkeyCMS license activity (which domains a license is activated on) if you use a paid tier — needed to enforce your license's site limit.
3. What we don't collect
We don't track your browsing across other websites, and we don't sell your data to third parties.
4. Why we process this data
To fulfill your purchase, issue a legally required invoice, prevent fraud, and provide support if you contact us. Where required, this is on the basis of performing our contract with you or a legitimate business interest.
5. How long we keep it
Billing records are retained as required by Romanian tax law. Support communications are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request.
6. Your rights
